Individual Note: Thomas was a moderately wealthy man. In his will, [CRO R1517] John 'Jnr.' and Edmond share th e lease on the tenement of Geare in Zennor (OS SW442376) and Roger is left the residue, proba bly Trevega in Towednack (OS SW482397) and perhaps also Trevalgen in St. Ives (OS SW490402) . John is also given £12 so is probably the elder of the two. Ednah is left £50 and Thomas' w ife Margaret is also mentioned (illegible). John 'the elder' is mentioned rather dismissivel y being left 10s 'to be paid when lawfully demanded'. The will was witnessed by Robert Curno w (son of Robert & Catherine) and also by Thomas Nicholl and Anne Stevens. The inventory of t he estate, valued at £130-7-6 is signed by Robert Curnow and Paul Quick (son of Francis & Eli zabeth).
Thomas was a copy hold tennant on the Ludgvan Lees Manorial Estate and is listed in the mano r rolls as such on 22 May 1690.
