1st Bart. of Templeogue and Santry. He served in the Imperial Parliment for 18 years.

He was created a Baronet on 22.5.1815 by Patent.
Obtained the Royal License dated at Carlton House 11.10.1814 confirming the Surname and Armorial Ensigns of Domville to himself, decendants and likewise other decendants of his father.

By his marriage to Sarah Helena Trench the Heywood Estate passed into his family.
