She took the name and Arms of Pocklington to Inherit the Manor of Chelsworth. She married Samual Sharpe who also changed his name to Pocklington which was a condition of Pleasaunce inheriting the Manor of Chelsworth from her cousin Robert Pocklington of Chelsworth.

Samuel Sharpe afterwards know as Samuel Pocklington of Chelsworth.

He took the name and Arms of Pocklington to Inherit the Manor of Chelsworth by marrying Pleasaunce Pykerell who also changed her name to Pocklington which was a condition of her inheriting the Manor of Chelsworth from her cousin Robert Pocklington of Chelsworth.
    He was a Major in the Wiltshire Militia.

Will dated 3.1.1781 and proved on 10th May 1781 C.P.C.
