I Thomas Pocklington of Chelmsford in the county of Essex Esquire being of sound and disposing mind and memory ( thanks be to God for the same) do make and declare this my last Will and Testament in manner following ( this is to say) I give and devise to Ann my beloved Wife for the term of her life all that my Manors of Pryors and all my Messuages Lands Tenements and Leaseholds as well Freeholds and Copyholds as Leaseholds situate in the said county of Essex. And all my Capitol Messuages.
